It has three floors, in the first floor there is a living room, where the family can share each other with his friends; a bathroom for guests; a dinner room with a big table; two bedrooms for guests, a big kitchen, two garages and a huge yard. In second floor, there are 5 bedrooms for Carlos, Claudia Helena and their children, two bathrooms, an office, a library and a great pool. In the third floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big balcony.
